​The integration of Information Communication Technologies (ICTs) in the early childhood years is highly important as it is an aspect of multiliteracies which is an essential component of the Australian Curriculum.  Children of the 21st century are surrounded by an abundance of technologies ipads, ipods, DSIs, laptops, playstations, PCs,  mobile phones and the list goes on.  Therefore we as teachers need to lead the children of today into the world of ICT and provide the appropriate tools to extend knowledge and creativity on a day to day basis in the classroom. 

 

Technology is a wonderful tool and we as educators need to make the most of it.
